3.1. Illegal or Harmful Activities

  • Engaging in any activity that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Generating or promoting content that is illegal, fraudulent, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Promoting violence, discrimination, or illegal acts.

3.2. Security Violations

  • Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network or breaching any security or authentication measures.
  • Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service or data contained therein.
  • Introducing viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our Service, user accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to our Service.

3.3. Misuse of AI Features

  • Using our AI to generate or disseminate misinformation, disinformation, or deceptive content.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service or AI models.
  • Using automated scripts or bots to access, scrape, or interact with the Service in a manner not explicitly permitted.
  • Generating content that impersonates another person or entity without their explicit consent and legal right.

3.4. Resource Abuse

  • Excessively consuming network bandwidth, CPU cycles, or other resources in a way that negatively impacts other users or the Service's performance.
  • Distributing unsolicited bulk messages, promotions, advertisements, or spam.

3.5. Intellectual Property Infringement

  • Uploading, posting, transmitting, or otherwise making available any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.

4. Fair Use & Rate Limiting

To ensure a consistent and high-quality experience for all users, we reserve the right to implement fair use policies and apply rate limits to API calls or feature usage. Users engaging in excessively high or disproportionate use of the Service may be subject to temporary restrictions or account suspension to prevent system overload or abuse.
